Administrator, MIT IDEAS Global Challenge
Keely Swan is the Administrator for the annual MIT IDEAS Global Challenge program, run by the Priscilla King Gray Public Service Center. In this capacity, she works closely with student teams through the competition cycle – assisting them with brainstorming, networking, and finessing their proposals. Prior to joining the PKG Center, Keely spent several years managing an international campaign on human rights and gender-based violence at the Center for Women’s Global Leadership at Rutgers University. Keely also worked at Brandeis University as the coordinator for the Brandeis-India Initiative. In 2007-08, she spent a year at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar. Keely holds an MA in Anthropology from Brandeis University and a BA in International Studies from Franklin & Marshall College.
