Vinayak Ranade is the founder and CEO at Drafted, the referral network. Prior to starting Drafted, Vinayak served as the Director of Mobile Engineering and Recruiting at KAYAK, which went public and was acquired by The Priceline Group for $2.2B in 2013. Vinayak holds a BS and MEng in Course 6 (Computer Science) from MIT.
